Service Your Stove is available from March 1 to March 31 2026 and applies to spare parts only — not complete products or accessories. The campaign is intended to fix an existing issue with your stove, using spare parts that are currently available. While we aim to support as many models as possible, spare parts for discontinued products cannot always be guaranteed. The campaign is available in selected regions, including the EU.
