Bacon and tomato pasta with mixed beans

An easy one-pot recipe, energy packed recipe that I often cook when outdoors. Fry some bacon, onion, and tomato, add mixed beans and crushed tomatoes, season generously, and then toss with boiled pasta.

Ingredients:

2 Pack Bacon
1 Onion
12 Cocktail tomatoes
2 Pack Mixed beans
2 Pack Chopped canned tomatoes
4 dl Water
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Dried thyme
2 tsp Dried basil
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Chili powder
Butter

Instructions:

COOKING OUTSIDE
01 Cook pasta, drain and set aside (or pre-cook at home).
02 Cut the tomatoes into quarters, finely chop the onion, and slice the bacon.
03 Sauté in butter until the bacon becomes crispy.
04 Pour in crushed tomatoes, add water and beans.
05 Season and let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
06 Combine sauce with pasta, coating noodles thoroughly and heating as needed.
