Nutella chimichangas

Cooking time: 10 minutes | Servings: 4

Just like the regular gratinated burrito chimichangas, but sweeter. Nutella, bananas and marshmallows – wrapped in wheat tortillas, like small little presents. Please, enjoy these bundles of joy on your next hike!

Ingredients:

4 small tortilla breads
1 Banana
4 tbsp Mini marshmallows
4 tbsp Hazelnut paste
100 ml Caster sugar
200 ml Oil for frying
Toothpicks

Instructions:

COOKING OUTSIDE
01 Heat up the oil in a pan.
02 Fill the tortillas with hazelnut paste, sliced banana and marshmallows along the middle of the breads.
03 Fold in the edges and roll the tortillas into wraps. Seal with toothpicks.
04 Fry the bundles on each side until they’re golden brown.
05 Cover in caster sugar.
06 Remove the toothpicks and enjoy.
