
CAMPFIRE BAKED POTATOES
Cooking time: 35-40 minutes | Servings: 4
Just like regular baked potatoes – only better.

Ingredients:
700 g Potatoes
200 ml Crème fraiche
10 Slice Cured ham (Parma or Serrano)
4 tbsp Chopped spring onions
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Tinfoil
Instructions:
PREPERATION AT HOME

Turn the potatoes in olive oil, salt and black pepper and double-wrap them in foil
COOKING OUTSIDE

Place directly on the coals. Grill for 25-30 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes.

Feel to make sure a potato is done by poking a twig or fork through the foil. If it feels soft, the potato is done.

Open the foil and use a fork to lightly crush the potato.

Add dollops of crème fraiche and shredded ham.

Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and some olive oil. Eat right out of the foil wrapper.
