Terms and Conditions for Digital Gift Cards
- General
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by Primus-Silva Sweden AB, a Swedish limited company with registration number 556032-8113.
By purchasing, receiving, or using a gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions. - Validity Period
The gift card is valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase.
After the validity period has expired, the gift card can no longer be used, and any remaining balance will be forfeited without the right to compensation. - Purchase and Delivery
Gift cards are sold digitally and delivered via email to the recipient address provided at the time of purchase.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the correct email address is entered.
Delivery usually occurs within a few minutes, but delays may occur in some cases. - Use
The gift card can be used as a means of payment for purchases on our official website:
www.primusequipment.com, within the country where the card was purchased.
It can be used for full or partial payment. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method. - Balance
The balance on the gift card can be checked directly via the link included in the email sent with the gift card.
You can also contact our customer service at support@primus-silva.com if you need assistance.
The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or refunded – either in full or in part. - Refunds, Loss, and Theft
Gift cards are considered a financial instrument. Primus-Silva Sweden AB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
Gift cards cannot be repurchased or refunded and will not be replaced if lost or used without the holder’s permission.
In the case of returned goods purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued to the same gift card. - Misuse and Fraud
Primus-Silva Sweden AB reserves the right to deny, block, or cancel a gift card if there is suspicion of fraud, misuse, or other unauthorized use.
The company may also claim compensation for any losses incurred as a result of such use. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.
For consumers residing within the EU, EEA, or the United Kingdom, any mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s home country shall also apply, in accordance with applicable legislation (including the EU Rome I Regulation).
Any disputes should first be attempted to be resolved through dialogue with our customer service.
If a dispute cannot be resolved in this way, you as a consumer may refer the matter to the appropriate authority in your country.
