American pancakes with caramelized bananas, pecan nuts and peanut cream

Who could say no to a couple of newly made, sweet and fluffy pancakes? Exactly. Then who could say no to a couple of newly made, sweet, and fluffy pancakes – while also outside? Precisely.

Ingredients:

100 ml Aquafaba
2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
400 ml Wheat flour
2 tsp Baking soda
500 ml Soy milk
A pinch Salt
Butter, for frying
Toppings
1 Banana
To taste Cinnamon
A pinch Salt
To taste Maple syrup
To taste Pecan nuts
To taste Berries
Peanut cream
100 ml Coconut cream
3 tbsp Peanut butter
To taste Salt
To taste Maple syrup

Instructions:

PREPARE AT HOME
01 Whip the cream until fluffy.
02 Add the other ingredients and pour the batter into a thermos or PET bottle.
03 Mix the peanut cream and pour into a jar.
COOK OUTSIDE
01 Fry the pancakes with butter on top of your trekking stove. Around half a deciliter batter per pancake should do.
02 Put the pancakes onto plates.
03 Split the banana lenghtwise. Fry it with butter while drizzling salt, cinnamon, and maple syrup on top.
04 Garnish the pancakes with the golden-brown bananas, peanut cream, pecan nuts and berries.
