Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 medium tortilla
2 slices of Parma ham
2 slices of cheddar cheese
Spinach
Chili flakes
Oil for frying
Instructions:

Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with chili flakes.

Fry the Parma ham in a little oil.

Add the eggs to the pan and let them set slightly.

Place the tortilla on top of the eggs.

Flip the whole wrap and add cheese and spinach.

Fold and fry on both sides until golden.
