
Creamed Corn
Cooking time: 15 minutes | Servings: 4
A classic side dish in BBQ-restaurants, creamed corn is just as delicious by the campfire. Perfect as a side with grilled meats/cheese/veggies or some sausage off the fire. Serve in a small cup and top with som chives.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp All Purpose flour
150 ml Milk
150 ml Heavy cream
330 g Corn kernels
Fresh chives
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
COOKING OUTSIDE

Melt the butter on low heat and whisk the flour in.

Pour in the cream and bring to a boil then add the milk and let simmer for a minute or two.

Mix the corn in with the sauce.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve in a cup and sprinkle some chive on top as a side dish with something fresh off the grill.
