
FRIED COD WITH CHICKPEAS AND KALE

A fantastic combination, cook this and you will be happy for the rest of the day.

Ingredients:
800 g Fillet of skinless cod
4 tbsp Sea salt
2 Red onions
200 g Kale
400 g Boiled chickpeas
2 tbsp Butter
Olive oil for frying
Salt & pepper

Let the cod fillet sit in the salt flakes for around 20 minutes. Rinse off and dry with kitchen pape

Fry the fish in olive oil in a frying pan, frying each side for 4-5 minutes. Take the fish out of the pan.

Chop the red onions and kale. Add chickpeas to the pan and sauté them in olive oil. Add the onions and kale.

Add a dollop of butter to the pan. Season with salt and black pepper.

Break the fish along its gills and put the pieces atop the vegetable bed. Serve right out of the pan.
