Langos

There’s always something to celebrate. In other words: there’s always a reason for making outdoor langos! I think this is a great way to make use of that ready-made pizza dough you can get at almost every supermarket these days. These are my favorite toppings, but you can add almost anything on top these beautiful creations. Get creative!

Ingredients:

1 Ready-made pizza dough
Oil, for frying
Toppings
To taste Garlic oil
1 jar Seaweed caviar
1 Red onion, diced
200 ml Soy fraiche
100 ml Grated cheese
Fresh dill

Instructions:

PREPARE AT HOME
01 Prepare the toppings, finely dice the red onion.
02 Make the garlic oil and put it in a small bottle.
COOK OUTSIDE
01 Shape the pizza dough into 4 buns.
02 Flatten them as much as you can.
03 Heat the oil carefully in a pan over a small flame.
04 Fry each side until golden brown.
05 Brush with garlic oil and serve with the toppings you brought.
