Popcorn with browned butter and lemon zest

Ingredients:

250 ml popcorn
4 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil
50 g butter
Lemon zest
Salt

Instructions:

COOK OUTSIDE
01 Pop the popcorn and pour into a bowl.
02 Grate the zest from the lemon and put 3/4 into a container.
03 Brown the butter and mix in with the lemon zest.
04 Drizzle the lemon butter over the popcorn.
05 Season with salt.
06 Garnish with the rest of the lemon zest and enjoy!
