SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH SMOKED SALMON

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes | Servings: 4

Ingredients:

12 eggs
2 tbsp Crème fraîche
200 g Smoked salmon
Olive oil, for frying
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp Dried chives
Ziploc bag

Instructions:

PREPERATION AT HOME
01 Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir. Pour into a Ziploc bag and take it on your ride.
COOKING OUTSIDE
01 Fry the scrambled eggs in olive oil in a frying pan. Stir continuously.
02 Add the crème fraiche and add salt and black pepper to taste.
03 Top with pieces of smoked salmon.
04 Sprinkle with chopped chives.
