
SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH SMOKED SALMON

Ingredients:
12 eggs
2 tbsp Crème fraîche
200 g Smoked salmon
Olive oil, for frying
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp Dried chives
Ziploc bag
Instructions:
PREPERATION AT HOME

Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir. Pour into a Ziploc bag and take it on your ride.
COOKING OUTSIDE

Fry the scrambled eggs in olive oil in a frying pan. Stir continuously.

Add the crème fraiche and add salt and black pepper to taste.

Top with pieces of smoked salmon.

Sprinkle with chopped chives.
