Ingredients:
1 wodden plank, 3-5 cm thick
1 cleaned whole artic char
1 sliced lemon
Fresh dill
Salt
Instructions:
PREPARE AT HOME

Slice the lemon and clean the fish.
COOK OUTSIDE

Soak the plank in water for twenty minutes while preparing the fish.

Season the fish with salt and garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill.

Place the fish on the wet plank and put by the foot of the open fire.

Let it fry for 20-30 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
