2 dl macaroni
2 dl water
1 pack silken tofu
1 tbsp pesto
1 tbsp sundried tomatoes
Almond
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt
Instructions:
COOK OUTSIDE

Boil macaroni in salted water.

When the water has evaporated, mash the tofu.

Stir in pesto and season with nutritional yeast and garlic powder.

Stir in sun-dried tomatoes.

Top with chopped almonds.
