CHILLI CON BEANS AND FLATBREAD

Cooking time: 20-25 minutes | Servings: 4

Ingredients:

8 Slice Flatbread
2 Onions
1 tbsp Chopped red onion
4 tbsp Chopped spring onions
2 Garlic cloves
1 Red Chili
2 Carrots
2 Jar Crushed tomatoes
4 tbsp Smoky BBQ sauce
1 Peeled orange
300 g Canned red beans
300 g Canned black beans
4 Avocado
2 Lime, the juice
400 ml Sour cream
Olive oil for frying
To taste Salt & pepper

Instructions:

PREPERATION AT HOME
01 Finely chop the onions, garlic, chili and carrot. Put the red onions and spring onions to one side.
COOKING OUTSIDE
01 Sauté the remaining chopped vegetables in olive oil.
02 Add the crushed tomatoes, BBQ sauce and orange peel. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
03 Fold in the beans. Season with salt and black pepper
04 Peel and cut the avocados. Remove the stone. Roughly chop and squeeze lime juice over the pieces. Salt lightly
05 Arrange lines of chili mix, avocado and sour cream in the middle of the flatbread. Sprinkle the red onion and spring onions over the bread.
06 Roll up and enjoy!
