Crumble with White Chocolate

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes | Servings: 4


Crispy oat crumble, sun-ripened strawberries, and melting white chocolate. Top it off with a scoop of ice cream from your Preppen and you’ve got dessert perfection, anywhere.

Ingredients:

1.5 dl flour
1.5 dl rolled oats
125 g butter
A pinch of salt
1 dl sugar
200 g strawberries
100 g white chocolate chips
SERVE WITH:
Ice cream in a Primus Preppen

Instructions:

01 Mix oats, salt, sugar, butter, and flour together.
02 Toast in a frying pan until golden.
03 Top with strawberries.
04 Pour over white chocolate and let it melt under a lid.
05 Let the crumble cool for 5 minutes before serving.
06 Top with ice cream!
