Ingredients:
1 nectarine
2 oat cookies
100 ml rolled oats
Salt
Maple syrup
Oil
Vanilla sauce for topping
Instructions:

Cut the nectarine and fry in oil.

When it starts to soften, drizzle with maple syrup and a pinch of salt.

Fry until golden and set aside.

Toast the oats in oil and season with salt.

Crumble in the oat cookies and drizzle with more maple syrup.

Top the nectarine with the oat crunch and vanilla sauce.
