
KOLBULLE WITH MASHED CRANBERRIES

Ingredients:
300 g Bacon
600 ml Water
2 tsp Salt
400 ml Wheat flour
Olive oil for frying
Jam
100 g Frozen cranberries
100 g Granulated sugar
Instructions:
PREPARE AT HOME

Mix the water, salt and wheat flour and pour the batter into a water bottle.

Stir the cranberries and granulated sugar together and set aside in a small jar.

Pack the bottle and the jar to bring on your ride.
COOKING OUTSIDE

Fry the bacon in its own fat in a frying pan on high heat over the fire.

Pour the batter over the bacon to form a layer 1-2 cm thick.

Cook 2-3 minutes on each side.

Top your kolbulle with the berries.
Enjoy it hot off the pan.
