
Grilled flatbreads with cloudberries and fresh cheese

Ingredients:
4 Flatbread
400 g Fresh cheese of choice
100 ml Cloudberry jam
100 g Hazelnuts
Fresh basil
Butter, for frying
Instructions:
COOK OUTSIDE

Spread the flatbreads with cheese.

Add the cloudberry jam and hazelnuts. Sprinkle fresh basil on top and wrap the flatbreads into rolls.

In a frying pan, melt the butter. Soak the wrap in the melted butter.

Fry until each side is golden and the cheese starts melting.
