Hot halloumi sandwich

Ingredients:

4 slices Sourdough bread
1000 g Halloumi
2 Tomatoes
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Crème fraiche
Salt & pepper
10 Jalapenos
Butter for frying
Sriracha mayo

Instructions:

PREPARE AT HOME
01 Finely chop your jalapenos
02 Mix together with Cremé freichen & mayonnaise, season with salt & pepper
03 Slice up the tomato, bread & halloumi before you head out so you don't need a knife & cutting board in your pack
COOK OUTSIDE
01 Heat your frying pan with plenty of butter, toast the bread on both sides
02 Fry your halloumi golden
03 Assemble the sandwich. Bread + sauce + tomato + halloumi + sriracha mayonnaise and top with pea shoots
