Ingredients:
4 slices Sourdough bread
1000 g Halloumi
2 Tomatoes
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Crème fraiche
Salt & pepper
10 Jalapenos
Butter for frying
Sriracha mayo

Finely chop your jalapenos

Mix together with Cremé freichen & mayonnaise, season with salt & pepper

Slice up the tomato, bread & halloumi before you head out so you don't need a knife & cutting board in your pack

Heat your frying pan with plenty of butter, toast the bread on both sides

Fry your halloumi golden

Assemble the sandwich. Bread + sauce + tomato + halloumi + sriracha mayonnaise and top with pea shoots
