Hot Pot

Gathering around a hot pot is the closest you will come to an open fire without starting an actual fire. This tasty bouillon with Sichuan peppercorns and dried chili will warm you from the inside out. No matter how wet your socks are.

PRIMUS | CAMPING

Ingredients:

800 ml water for boiling
80 ml peanut oil
0.8 cube veal stock
0.8 cube chicken stock
0.8 tbsp miso paste
0.8 tbsp GoChuJang
1.6 finely chopped scallions
0.8 knob sliced fresh ginger
3.2 dried chilies
8 sichuan peppercorns

Instructions:

PREPARE AT HOME
01 Make the stock by bringing all the ingredients to a boil. Let it cool, then pour it into a big bottle or thermos.
02 Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing the ingredients and put it into a jar.
03 Cut the meat, mushrooms, vegetables and tofu into desired thickness, size, and shape.
COOK OUTSIDE
01 Pour the bouillon into your biggest outdoor pot and bring to a boil.
02 Lower the heat and gather your buddies around the simmering hot pot.
03 Cook the vegetables, meat, mushrooms and tofu in the stock and dip it in the dipping sauce.
04 Enjoy a warming dinner with your friends and family!
