Pears with orange, almonds and cream

The perfect finish of a day outside. Poached pears with creamy caramel, crunchy almonds and smooth cream.

PRIMUS | CAMPING

Ingredients:

4 pears
2 peeled orange
200 g butter
1 dl sugar
4 tbsp almond flakes
4 dl cream
A pinch sea salt

Instructions:

PREPARE AT HOME
01 Peel the pears and divide into half, remove the core.
02 Whip the cream and put it into a container.
COOK OUTSIDE
01 Heat the butter in the pan and add the pears. Fry for a few minutes.
02 Add the sugar, salt and juice from half an orange.
03 Let simmer for 10-15 min until the caramel gets golden and pears soften.
04 Serve the pears with cream, drizzle with the orange caramel and sprinkle with almonds
