Quesadilla with beer sausage and Babybel cheese

Bread and cheese is always a satisfying combo. Add a spicy sausage and you have the perfect snack. TIPS: The red on the outside of the Babybel is wax and is perfect to use when making a fire with newspaper, bark or other debris.

Ingredients:

4 Small tortilla bread
4 Babybel
2 Spicy beer sausage

Instructions:

COOK OUTSIDE
01 Peel and cut the cheese into smaller pieces.
02 Slice the sausage into <5 mm thick slices.
03 Place the contents on one half of a tortilla bread and fold in half to form a half moon.
04 Heat over medium-low heat until the tortilla has browned and turn.
05 The quesadilla is ready when the cheese has melted.

living it large?

Thinly sliced onions, peppers and perhaps a good hot sauce go very well in a quesadilla. Just be careful not to overfill the bread so it doesn’t get hard to cook.
