ROSE HIP SOUP WITH RAISINS AND CARDAMOM

An excursion classic that is sure to fill your body with warm and fuzzy feelings.

Ingredients:

100 g Rose hip powder
2 tbsp Potato flour
1200 ml Cold Water
200 ml Granulated sugar
4 tbsp Raisins
4 tbsp Honey
1 Juice and peel of an orange
2 tsp Ground cardamom
200 ml Whipping cream

Instructions:

COOKING OUTSIDE
01 Mix the rose hip powder with the potato flour in cold water
02 Bring to a boil with the granulated sugar, raisins, honey, orange juice and cardamom.
03 Whisk or shake the whipping cream lightly.
04 Pour into cups. Top off with a tablespoon of whipping cream, finely grate orange rind over the soup and sprinkle with cardamom.
