
Saffron pancakes

As if pancakes weren’t good enough – here’s some saffron flavored ones. They’re sweet, tasty, warming – and you totally deserve them!

Ingredients:
300 ml Spelt flour
600 ml Soy milk
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Coconut sugar
A pinch of Saffron
Salt
Vanilla powder
Butter for frying
Feeling fancy?
Serve with whipped oat cream, hazelnuts & blackberry jam
Instructions:
PREPERATION AT HOME

Whisk together all the ingredients, pour into a plastic bottle.
COOK OUTSIDE

Melt the butter in a pan.

Pour 100 ml batter into the pan.

Flip the pancake when it starts to fizzle.

Eat with your lovley toppings of choice. Oat cream, blackberries and hazelnuts, for example.
