Saffron pancakes

Cooking time: 10-20 minutes | Servings: 4

As if pancakes weren’t good enough – here’s some saffron flavored ones. They’re sweet, tasty, warming – and you totally deserve them!

Ingredients:

Pumpkin Risotto
2 Garlic cloves
2 Yellow onions
350 g Pumpkin
100 ml White wine
2 tbsp Tomato paste
6 tbsp Vegetable stock
1000 ml Water
400 ml Arborio rice
4 tbsp Butter
Fresh rosemary
Chili pepper
Olive oil
50 g Vegan parmesan cheese
For serving
50 g Root vegetable chips

Instructions:

COOK OUTSIDE
01 Melt the butter in a pan.
02 Pour 100 ml batter into the pan.
03 Flip the pancake when it starts to fizzle.
04 Eat with your lovley toppings of choice. Oat cream, blackberries and hazelnuts, for example.
