Apple cake

Cooking time: 35-40 minutes | Servings: 4

Baking outside is both simpler and tastier than it sounds. This recipe is the proof!

Ingredients:

25 g Butter
25 g Granulated sugar
1 Egg
100 ml Wheat flour
0.5 tsp Baking powder
0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 Lemon, peeled
Butter, for frying
Icing bag
Filling:
1 Red apple
25 g Butter
Brown sugar

Instructions:

PREPARE AT HOME
01 Melt the butter in a saucepan. Let cool.
02 Whisk the granulated sugar and egg mixture with an electric hand whisk.
03 Fold in the wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and finely grated lemon peel.
04 Pour in the melted butter and stir well. Pour the batter into an icing bag and bring on your trip.
COOKING OUTSIDE
01 Peel and cut the apples into thin slices.
02 Grease a teflon frying pan with butter and sprinkle brown sugar over it.
03 Allow the apple slices to cover the entire bottom of the pan. Pour out the cake batter and cover with tinfoil.
04 Cook slowly over the fire over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
