BLUEBERRY PORRIDGE

Oat-some biking fuel combined with the refreshing tartness of blueberries. A perfect balance of functionality and gastronomy.

Ingredients:

600 ml Oatmeal
4 tbsp Milk powder
2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Brown sugar
6 tbsp Freeze-dried blueberries
900 ml Water
2 l Ziploc bag
Topping:
To taste Fresh blueberries

Instructions:

PREPERATION AT HOME
01 Mix the oatmeal, powdered milk, salt, brown sugar and freeze-dried blueberries in a zip-lock bag.
COOKING OUTSIDE
01 Pour the bag’s contents into a saucepan and turn on the water.
02 Simmer at medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
03 Serve with some fresh blueberries on top.
