CARAMELISED PINEAPPLE

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes | Servings: 4

Very simple dessert that is sure to cheer you up, whatever the condition of your feet.

Ingredients:

2 Vanilla pod
2 Pineapple
5 tbsp Raw sugar
4 tbsp Runny honey
Butter, for frying
200 ml Yoghurt, for topping

Instructions:

COOKING OUTSIDE
01 Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Set aside.
02 Peel and cut the pineapple into pieces. Brown the pineapple in some butter in a frying pan.
03 Sprinkle with raw sugar and fry until the sugar has caramelised.
04 Mix the yogurt, the seeds from the vanilla pod and the honey.
05 Serve the pineapple warm with yoghurt on top.
