KOLBULLE WITH MASHED CRANBERRIES

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes | Servings: 4

If you’ve never tried Kolbulle before – this is the sign. Make it on your next excursion. You will not regret it

Ingredients:

300 g Bacon
600 ml Water
2 tsp Salt
400 ml Wheat flour
Olive oil for frying
Jam
100 g Frozen cranberries
100 g Granulated sugar

Instructions:

PREPARE AT HOME
01 Mix the water, salt and wheat flour and pour the batter into a water bottle.
02 Stir the cranberries and granulated sugar together and set aside in a small jar.
03 Pack the bottle and the jar to bring on your ride.
COOKING OUTSIDE
01 Fry the bacon in its own fat in a frying pan on high heat over the fire.
02 Pour the batter over the bacon to form a layer 1-2 cm thick.
03 Cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
04 Top your kolbulle with the berries.
Enjoy it hot off the pan.
