Tunamelt sandwich - Perhaps the world's most famous toast? This is so good & gets even better with a slightly more exclusive melted cheese.

Ingredients:

8 skivor Bröd
Smör för stekning
1 Rödlök
2 Burkar Tonfisk
4 msk Majonnäs
1 Röd paprika
12 skivor Ost

Instructions:

PREPARE AT HOME
01 Thinly slice the red onion & paprika
02 Mount the washers as follows
03 Sandwich, mayonnaise, tuna, red onion, paprika & then last with the cheesewill keep it fresh for up to 3 days in temperatures between 10 and 20 degrees Celsius.
COOK OUTSIDE
01 Heat up your frying pan with plenty of butter + oil, almost coating the entire bottom
02 Fry the sandwich on both sides for about 2 minutes on medium heat
03 Place a plate or other frying pan as a lid and turn off the gas, let it stand for about 3 minutes so the cheese really has time to melt
