Service, repairs, and reuse 

A Primus product should last for many years, and when it becomes worn or breaks, it should be possible to repair it and continue using it for a long time. To support this, we store spare parts for both current and discontinued products. Common spare parts, such as lids for vacuum bottles, can be ordered here on our website. Since we assemble all stoves ourselves in our factory, all components for our stoves can be sourced. 

Service and repairs 

Our internal service and repair team supports customers with spare parts and repairs. We aim to offer spare parts for all components that are likely to wear out or break. 

The team also provides valuable feedback to our product development team by highlighting areas for improvement. 

Expedition support – lifetime reassurance 

All Primus expedition stoves come with lifetime expedition support. This means we assist users with repairs and spare parts, no matter where in the world they are. We can replace any part of an expedition stove. 

SERVICE YOUR STOVE

Primus offers recurring service campaigns where we provide free spare parts for Primus stoves to help users extend the lifespan of their equipment.  We have also updated and expanded our library of service and maintenance videos on YouTube.

Pre-Loved – second-hand for our products 

 In addition to service and repairs, we run the second-hand concept Pre-Loved. This makes it possible to give Primus products a second life by refurbishing, repairing, and updating them – and then selling them on to new users.
