
Apple, Rose & Hibiscus Hot Cider

Ingredients:
2 L Apple Cider
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp Dried rose petals
1 tbsp Dried hibiscus
2.3 Whipping cream
For serving: Cinnamon
0.5 dl Bourbon
Instructions:

Combine apple cider, cinnamon sticks, rose and hibiscus in a large pot and bring to a simmer.

While the cider is coming up to temperature whip the cream to soft peaks.

Pour 2oz of bourbon into mugs.

Ladle the cider over the bourbon, top with a dollop of whip cream and dusting of cinnamon.
