Vanilla buns with lemon

Meet the spring sun with these sweet and sour vanilla buns

Ingredients:

240 g Ready-made pizza dough
Zest of one lemon
80 g Butter
20 ml Vanilla sugar
Granulated sugar

Instructions:

COOK OUTSIDE
01 Mix the lemon zest (save some for topping), vanilla sugar and butter.
02 Roll out the pizza dough and spread on the vanilla cream.
03 Roll the dough and cut out about 10-12 buns.
04 Fry on low gas and flatten the buns a little with the spatula.
05 Fry so that each side gets a nice golden colour.
06 Dip in granulated sugar.
