Primus Trekking Oatmeal

Start every morning with this grainy rocket fuel and you’re guaranteed to walk faster and longer than before. This oatmeal is packed with raisins, seeds, nuts, dried fruit, oats, and rye. In other words, it’s made to power demanding adventures!

Ingredients:

800 ml Mix of oats and rye flakes
8 tbsp Flax seeds
8 tbsp Chia seeds
16 tbsp Raisins
16 tbsp Chopped dried apricots
16 tbsp Milk powder
2000 ml Water for boiling

Instructions:

PREPARE AT HOME
01 Mix all the dry ingredients in an airtight container
COOK OUTSIDE
01 Boil everything in a pot while stirring for 5 minutes, until the oatmeal looks smooth and creamy.
02 Serve with generous amounts of toppings!
